You can either get one server from the pool of servers from Falkenstein, Germany (Hetzner) or reserve a server from one of 25 locations in the world.
You need to gather your friends in the lobby page, then start the match, the website will automatically allocate a server to you from the pool of servers from Falkenstein, Germany (Hetzner).
If there is no server available or if you want to change the location, you need to reserve a server from one of 25 locations in the world (Oracle Cloud).
For server in the pool of servers from Falkenstein, Germany (Hetzner), you get the server for the time of your match, once the match ends the server will go back in the pool of servers.
For server from one of 25 locations in the world (Oracle Cloud), you get the server for the time of your matches for as long as you start matches on it (you have 30mn to start another match when one match ends).
You will be able to reserve servers and have 5 clips per week instead of only 1.
To avoid abuse of newly created Steam accounts that reserve servers and don't use them, we need to check that your Steam account has more than 25 official matchmaking wins for CSGO and to allow us to retrieve this information you need to set your profile and game details public. You can set those settings back to private once we retrieved this information. This restriction might be removed once we add ads on the website.
